Zuko is a knife brand built for makers, workers, and creatives. We produce compact, handmade blades in small batches – designed to be carried, used, and trusted. Every piece is crafted with purpose and character.
Who are Zuko knives made for?
Zuko knives are built for people who rely on their tools. This includes workers, sailors, filmmakers, campers, builders, and anyone who needs a reliable, well-made knife that performs.
How are Zuko knives made?
Each knife is handmade or hand-assembled in small batches. We focus on detail, quality, and functional beauty – no mass production, no shortcuts.
What materials do Zuko uses?
Our blades are made from Damascus steel or stonewashed high-carbon steel. Handles are crafted from durable G10 composite, natural hardwood, or unique experimental 3D-printed colors, depending on the drop.
LEGALITY & USE
Are Zuko knives legal to own in Australia?
Yes. All Zuko knives comply with Australian federal import regulations. However, knife laws vary between states, so we encourage you to check your local legislation before purchasing or using.
Can I carry a Zuko knife in public?
No. Zuko knives are not intended for everyday carry (EDC) in public spaces within Australia. They’re made for lawful use only – such as camping, collecting, creative work, or professional environments.

What’s a “Drop”?
A Drop is a limited release of knives with specific designs and materials. Each drop includes a fixed quantity – once it’s sold out, it won’t come back. No restocks.

How can I buy a knife?
Simple – just visit our website during an active drop. Choose your blade and check out directly. No account or registration is required.
Can I pre-order or reserve a knife?
Not at the moment. All drops are first-come, first-served to keep things fair and fast.

How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Australia takes around 3–6 business days via AusPost or courier.
Can I return or exchange a knife?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days . Check our return policy on the website for full details.
What if my knife arrives damaged?
If your knife is damaged during shipping, contact us right away with photos. We’ll either replace it or issue a refund depending on the situation.
CARE & CUSTOMIZATION
How do I take care of my Zuko knife?
To keep your knife in top condition, wipe it dry after use, apply light oil to the blade occasionally, and store it in a clean, dry place.
Can I customize my knife?
Customization (handles, engravings, blade finishes) is not available yet – but we’re working on it for future drops.
