SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Australia Post or trusted couriers, with delivery times typically 3–6 business days within Australia (longer for remote areas). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and free shipping promotions may apply during certain drops. At present, we only ship within Australia, though international shipping is being considered. Every order comes with tracking, and customers will receive a confirmation email once dispatched. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at zukotools.au@gmail.com with photos or details, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns for unused knives within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If your knife is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please note that due to the limited nature of our drops, exchanges are subject to availability.
